2 more days to freedom{:
And this King really inspired me.
5 Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God of Israel. There was no one
like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him. 6 He held
fast to the LORD and did not cease to follow him; he kept the commands the LORD
had given Moses. 7 And the LORD was with him; he was successful in whatever he
undertook. He rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him.
2 Kings 18:5-7
For many many many years, the kings of Judah did not remove the altars at the high places which the people go there to serve other gods, but only King Hezekiah decided to destroy it.
What a big difference, a big impact, a huge change, it could bring to the people!
He removed them and built an altar for the Lord and ask the people to worship God!
And he was only 25 years old when he became king.
Crystal2 Kings 15:4-5 (New International Version)
4 The high places,
however, were not removed; the people continued to offer sacrifices and burn
incense there.
5 The LORD afflicted the king with leprosy [a]
until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house. [b]
Jotham the king's son had charge of the palace and governed the people of the
land.
Am I willing to give up everything for the Kingdom of God?
Am I willing to forgive others just as God forgives me even though it hurts and may be tough?
Am I willing to leave my comfort zone for God's Kingdom and purpose for me?
We cannot change the circumstances, but we can look at it in another way and react differently and change the consequences.
Repent or face the consequences.

Hmm, last time when I was doing QT, read that Abraham had alot of descendants.
But why don't they follow God and be faithful to Him like Abraham?
Is it because they don't regard God as the Lord?
Just sets me thinking that why aren't we going all out for Jesus? Not because of exams right.. Don't let it become a barrier to God. Break down these walls! We can do it for Jesus!(:
